In only 14 short years of operation, Aurora Theatre has become the largest performing arts organization in Northeast Georgia. Aurora Theatre provides a wide array of arts and entertainment services including both a main stage and studio series of plays & musicals, children’s programming and arts education as well as a myriad of additional ancillary events. Aurora Theatre has garnered many accolades for achieving artistic excellence while providing world-class quality service including: 2010 Best Theater Company (Creative Loafing), 2009 Pinnacle Small Business Award for non-profits. That success comes from Aurora Theatre’s ability to develop programming to meet the needs of the community we serve. That also includes cutting edge theatrical lighting technology thanks to the support from the Community Foundation of Northeast Georgia.
